About Us
His Highest Fitness gives serious lifters the professional-grade training suite they've been missing — video form coaching, progressive-overload planning, and analytics with real depth. It was built by a lifter who reached the top and paid the price of building strength the wrong way. You bring the work; we bring the platform.
Our Mission
Get people genuinely strong — and show them there's more to life than being the biggest and baddest in the gym. Fitness is of some value; we train for something greater.
01
Fitness is a tool, not the trophy. We build everything to point upward — so your training serves a purpose bigger than your numbers (1 Timothy 4:8).
02
We coach and serve — never exploit. No vanity bait, no gimmicks. Feedback without criticism, from a platform that respects the work you put in.
03
Depth in the analytics, simplicity in the experience. We train with this app every day ourselves — if it isn't excellent, it doesn't ship.
The Founder
Founder, His Highest Fitness
William has lived the entire arc of the fitness journey — in his own body. After struggling with weight his whole life, he built himself into a powerlifter with a roughly 1,300lb total. And at his strongest point, he was at his worst: his identity had fused with his numbers, and the strength itself masked declining health. There were days he could pull 500 pounds but couldn't bend over walking into the gym.
That's the insight His Highest Fitness is built on: strong and healthy are not the same thing, and strength built on the wrong foundation costs more than it gives. William let the old numbers go, rebuilt on something sturdier than a barbell, and now trains for the right reason and in the right way — convinced he'll surpass his old strength precisely because it no longer owns him.
He's been every lifter this app serves — the beginner, the elite lifter, the broken-down strong guy, and the rebuilt man training with purpose. His Highest Fitness is the tool he wished existed: a platform that makes you genuinely stronger and reminds you that you're more than the sum of your lifts.
